✺ Igor Sordokhonov

I’m a London-based creative director with a love for jazz (and Raster-Noton), travel, and pasta.

In 2004, my best friend and I dreamt of starting a studio fostering love, passion, art and motion for internal explorations and ambitious organisations.

And 15 years later, we cofounded Media.Work – a design and technology firm that today powers product and brand experiences for Guerlain, Estée Lauder, OPPO, Rolls Royce, Bulgari, and many others.

Recently, we developed design & direction for SkinCeuticals, NikeChanelMicrosoft PlayStation and Pinterest.

I’m especially proud of our expertise film, which summarizes our blood, sweat, and tears.

Running Media.Work for 6 years came with many roles: ① creative director ② new business dev ③ designer ④ animation, and editing ⑤ strategy and organizational design.

In the past seven years, I’ve garnered over 195 awards through intrepid team collaboration, including Clio Awards, AICP, ADC, LIA Awards, One Show, Shark Awards, Cannes Lions, Red Dot Awards, Graphis, Eurobest, Promax BDA Global Excellence, Stash Permanent Collection, Best of Behance,  Vimeo Staff Pick, and The Webby Awards.

My work has been shown at or added to TED, Times Square, Dubai Expo 2020, and the AICP/MoMA permanent collection.

I have judged or spoken at the British Higher School of Art and Design, Motionographer Awards, Collision Awards,  Circle of Light, NTV Course, and MediaBrand.

In 2005, I originated Luminescene.com – one of the most notable design portals of its time, it served to inspire the web design community.

Before Media.Work, I worked at NTV, Da Studio, Shandesign, and MTV.

NTV has ranked among the top three television channels in Russia for more than 20 years. Oriented at a diverse audience over the age of 18. NTV’s broadcast reaches 99.2 percent of the country's population. I was a  Chief Creative Officer responsible for all visual communications.
